These Terms govern use of the Pritika Enterprises website and the Pritikart ecosystem. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services or introduce malicious code.
  • Do not use automated traffic or scraping in a way that harms service availability.
  • Do not use tools or content for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Tools and information

Online tools are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. Outputs should be independently checked before being used for financial, legal, medical, engineering or other high-impact decisions.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Intellectual property

Pritika Enterprises and Pritikart names, logos, original content, software and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce proprietary assets without permission.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, upgrades, security or business reasons.

Refer & Earn Program

Eligible registered users may receive referral rewards for verified new registrations attributed to their unique referral link. Rewards, verification rules, minimum payout thresholds and eligibility may be changed or suspended by Pritika Enterprises. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated registrations, fraudulent traffic and other abusive activity are not eligible. Rewards shown in a user account are not a guarantee of immediate cash payment until a payout request has been reviewed and approved. Pritika Enterprises may request additional verification before processing a payout.

Password recovery and security emails

We may send one-time passwords (OTPs) to the email address associated with an account for password recovery and authenticated password changes. OTPs are time-limited, attempt-limited and should never be shared. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are not displayed to administrators.
